Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book a specific seat?
With the exception of performances held at the Frankston Arts Centre, all our concerts are general admission. If you have a preferred seating area, we recommend arriving a little early to secure your spot.
What if I arrive late?
No worries at all. A member of our Front of House team will bring you in at an appropriate break in the music, so we can minimise disturbance to those already seated.
Something has come up on concert day and I can no longer attend, what are my options?
If something comes up on the day, we encourage you to consider passing your ticket on to a friend or family member so they can enjoy the gift of live music in your place.
Can I video the concert?
Unfortunately, no. If we permitted audience members to record and share unlicensed recordings, we could be fined and have our license revoked - this is due to music copyright and licensing restrictions. So we ask that you please exercise good judgment before pulling out your phone, so that we can keep bringing you great music.
Why do they always ask people to silence their phones?
Because music can be bold and exciting, but it can also be incredibly delicate, quiet, and transcendent. We love to share that full range with you - and in those special, hushed moments, it’s wonderful when everyone can enjoy them without that classic Nokia ringtone chiming in.
Can I clap?
Absolutely! We love knowing you’re enjoying the performance! Some pieces end very softly, so it’s lovely to let the final notes settle before applauding. Take a moment to savour it… then feel free to show your appreciation!
